Atanu Dey is one of my favourite bloggers. I ‘ve been following him for some years.
His last post, Corruption matters, explains how corruption works, how it affects local economies and shows a little bit of why India is as poor as it is. Here is a little bit:
Time goes on. Crooks note that they have been helping the politicians get elected and in turn the politicians are providing them (the crooks) the cover for their theft. Why not become politicians themselves and cut out the middle-men?
A must read, for sure.
